Registration Terms and Privacy Notice

By submitting this registration form, you confirm that the information you provide is true, complete, and accurate to the best of your knowledge.

Privacy

TechOps collects and stores the information from this form to manage internal administration, process registrations, maintain records, and carry out internal reporting. Information may also be shared with, or requested from, other organisations where needed to verify records.

Where required by law, TechOps may release information to government agencies such as New Zealand Police, the Ministry of Justice, the Ministry of Social Development, and the Accident Compensation Corporation (ACC).

By submitting this form, you authorise TechOps to collect, use, and disclose your information for these purposes. TechOps will handle your information in accordance with applicable New Zealand privacy law. You may request access to any personal information held about you and ask for any errors to be corrected by contacting TechOps.

Fees

If your registration is approved, TechOps will issue an invoice for the annual subscription fee of $495 + GST per unique account registration. Full payment is required before your account is created and access is provided.

You agree to pay all fees when due, including any late payment fees or collection costs associated with unpaid accounts, where permitted by law.

TechOps’ policy on withdrawals and refunds is available on request.

Renewal

Subscriptions do not renew automatically.

Approximately 3 months before your renewal date, TechOps will send you a renewal notice and a new invoice. If payment is not received in full before the renewal date, your account may be suspended. Access will be restored once the invoice has been paid in full.

Rules

By submitting this form, you agree to comply with TechOps’ published Terms and Conditions, including requirements relating to acceptable behaviour, account use, health and safety where relevant, and payment of invoices.
